Olio del Garda DOP, that which is strictly produced from local olives.

The color of Garda oil is deep green-gold. The smell is a delicate oil with sweet almond odors. Garda oil typically has a light to medium fruity taste. It is quite rare for Garda oil to have an intense fruity taste. The flavor is rich with aromas of fresh grass, almond, artichoke, hay, herbs and even thistle. These aromatic notes blend into a smooth taste in which the bitterness and spiciness are clearly perceptible in the throat.
