Sometimes, it does so in a simple way—with a ladybug landing gently on a hand, red nail polish like the blood of life, while beneath flows the quiet water of a lake. It is essential to discern the free energies present in natural environments in order to develop enough sensitivity to clearly recognize two phenomena. The first is identifying a harmful environment; the second is understanding whether the emotional states that arise within us come from inside or are stimulated by the outside world.
Listen to the Voice of Nature
The Great Mother, listens to the voice of nature, for it holds precious treasures for you. In this time of polarization, I simply want to offer a suggestion: when you feel that, after being in a certain environment, you return tired, empty, or confused, the first step is to be aware that you have encountered ignorance. We have used our compassion—and thus our energy—to protect ourselves at a cellular level. In such cases, the first thing to do is to polarize that energy.
How? With a warm shower, or by alternating between cold and hot water: a simple gesture that helps the cells release what they have absorbed. It is a deep act of purification. We have encountered ignorance and responded with compassion, but energy is not neutral—confused thoughts can be breathed in, they cling, they pass through us. Not everyone has the grounding to take care of their psychic health, and that’s why compassion is needed. But we have a gift: the ability to polarize, cleanse, and return to our original state.
