Overcoming Hatred and Jealousy with Inner Wisdom

Life often puts us to the test, placing situations and people before us that challenge our inner stability. During my recent stay in Africa, I experienced extraordinary events: injustice, envy, and jealousy. I encountered men and women filled with resentment, anger, andgreed people who wanted to see me collapse, lose my inner peace, and, above all, erase my radiant smile.

But I chose differently

I chose not to fight with the same energy, not to let hatred and anger take root in my heart. I chose the path of awareness and peace, to walk away without resentment, without bitterness, but with a profound understanding of human nature and the power of the mind. And this is where the Knowledge of the Mirror comes into play an insight that guided me through this experience, embodied by Buddha Akṣobhya and the Vajra Family.

The Mirror of the Mind: Akṣobhya and Vajra Wisdom

Akṣobhya is the Buddha who transforms hatred and anger into enlightened wisdom. His name means “the Unshakable”, as he represents a clear and stable mind, untouched by emotional storms.

His wisdom is compared to a mirror:

• It reflects reality without distortion
• It holds nothing, remains unstained by the images it reflects
• It stays pure and clear, unchanged by illusions

Just like this mirror, an awakened mind observes, understands, but does not get tainted by negative emotions. Through my experience, I saw my energy and inner light reflected in those consumed by hatred and greed. Their reaction was to try and destroy what they could not understand. But just as the mirror is not affected by the images it holds, my essence remained untouched, free from darkness.

The Poison of Hatred and the Power of Compassion

We live in a world where many are intoxicated by destructive emotions:

– Hatred and jealousy, which blind people from seeing their own inner beauty
– Greed and attachment, which create suffering and dependency
– Anger and fear, which drive people to harm others rather than face their own pain

But Buddha Akṣobhya teaches us that all of this can be transformed. His Vajra energy is like a lightning bolt that shatters illusion and brings clarity. Compassion is the key to not falling into the same trap as those who live in hatred. I feel no anger towards those who have wronged me. I see their pain, their confusion. And I choose to let them go, allowing them to remain in their beliefs and their anger a reflection of their own inner dissatisfaction. Because I have been nothing more than a mirror, a spirit that has opened a window onto their inner demons.

This experience has deepened my understanding of the tantric path. Akṣobhya has guided me, and now I wish to share this wisdom with anyone who feels shaken by life’s storms.

The Power of Unconditional Love

I believe in deep and unconditional love the kind of love that heals every wound and transforms every pain. Love is the force that dissolves hatred, that brings clarity where there is confusion, that soothes the heart and nourishes the soul. And it all begins with self-love the most fundamental and sacred love of all. When we learn to love ourselves truly, with kindness and compassion, we become unshakable. No external force can take away our peace, no shadow can dim our light.

I believe deeply in true and unconditional love. I trust in its power to heal, to elevate, to guide us towards the highest version of ourselves.

And with all my heart, I wish the same for everyone:

May love find its way into every heart.
May we all learn to love ourselves and others without fear, without limits.
May love be the light that leads us home.

May peace, wisdom, and unconditional love shine in all beings
